   LAW AS A CONSTITUTION 

 This is a system of rules that are created and enforced, through social or governmental institutions, in order to regulate societal behaviour.

                                 OR
 A binding custom or practice of a community; a rule of conduct or action prescribed or formally recognized as binding or enforced by a controlling authority.

    LAW AS A CAREER

 Law as a career isn't just about being a solicitor or barrister. There's a huge range of other career options available within the industry.
 Besides solicitors,barristers and judges, there is a massive array of other lawyers and non-lawyers career paths one can take within this sector, from legal  journalists,legal secretaries, typists, human resources, paralegals and legal executives.

 However, there is difference between being a solicitor and a barrister.  Advocate (L.L.B.) makes you a solicitor; a solicitor draft legal document.  ( B.L.) ( BACHELOR OF LAW) makes you a barrister.
  There is the public defense and private defense. Public defense deals with the defense of the masses. They work with government parastatals. A typical example is the HUMAN RIGHTS DIRECTORATE.
Private defense deals with matters that deals with individuals apart from the government.
    BASIC THINGS ON LAW PROCEDURES 

 A Court clerk takes records,and calls out records. Court clerk works for the court, also a civil service prosecutor works for the state.
 Family lawyers deals with the preparation of wills,necessary things,like registration of companies, tenancy agreement. It can be for companies, wills and properties.
 Estate lawyers covers properties. It involves everything a man has,even up to his clothes. Estate lawyers covers your assets, buildings,e.t.c.

 Lastly,a trial lawyer conduct trials in a court. However, it is stages of a court,makes one a trial lawyer. When the case starts,it is called THE PRELIMINARY case and the next is called THE TRIAL.
