This is where a meal contain all the necessary classes of food needed for the body


                             CLASSES OF CROPS
1.     Cereals:wheat, rice, oats,barley,sorghum maize, E.t.c
2.     Legumes:yam, beans, soya bean ,E.t.c
3.     Root and fiber crops :yam , potatoes E.t.c
4.     Fiber crops:wheat
5.     Spice  crops : ginger , garlic
6.     Vegetable crops : bitter leaf ,spinach, water leaf
7.     Oil crops: palm fruit , groundnuts

CLASSES OF FOOD
CARBOHYDRATE: these are energy giving foods ,they are also called starchy food E.g. yam , potatoes, vice garri (cassava)

2.PROTEINS: they are the classes of food that build up the body and repair worn out tissues in the body E.g. beans , egg , milk ,meat, fish, E.t.c

3. FAT AND OIL : they are the classes of food that keeps the body .E.g. groundnut  palm fruit , Coconut .

4. VITAMINS: they are the classes of food that makes the body fresh E.g. fruits (orange, mango, pineapple , apple, banana )and vegetable (spinach, bitter leaf).

5.MINERALS : bones which add calcium to the body and maintain the body

6.WATER : this regulate the human temperature ,helps the blood .
